Inspired by its location in the heart of Half Moon Bay and by the principals of modern design, this home is for those who appreciate clean lines, an open floor plan with abundance of natural light, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
This unique design was achieved by creating an open contemporary floorplan featuring modern large openings and by using innovative construction solutions, such as BONE Structure®, to maximize precision, resistance, and durability.
Careful attention to details and aesthetics enhance the overall design and highest quality materials have been selected to maximize comfort and elegance.
PRIVACY AND ECO-DESIGN
The project carefully considered protecting the privacy of current and future adjacent homes. The second floor to ceiling openings are only oriented towards the front and back sides of the property allowing breathtaking views to the mountains and Ocean, while the lateral openings on the second floor are almost entirely formed by high windows that serve the purpose of introducing daylight and ventilation.
